As a highly-regarded beauty industry educator and expert, Brandi J. Andrews is a leader in melanin advocacy in the beauty industry with clients like Lena Waithe, Cynthia Erivo, Teyana Taylor, Michaela Jae Rodriguez, and many others. Her extensive education and work as an educator with numerous brands, and her expertise in skin conditions and pigmentation disorders for people of color have positioned her as a trusted voice in the industry.

My Why.

In 2008, Brandi J. Andrews received an extensive education from the San Francisco Institute of Esthetic + Cosmetology (SFIEC), a Paul Mitchell School. She was the first student to complete both the cosmetology and esthetics curriculum within a year and graduate with honors.

Since 2018, Brandi has worked in the competitive high-end dermatology and cosmetic aesthetics field, leading sales and directing operations in Beverly Hills. She has also completed an externship program under Landon McCarroll DHSc, PA, studying melanin skin conditions and pigmentation disorders. She is currently completing her courses to become a Medical Assistant. This will make her a triple-state licensed professional in the beauty industry.

With her extensive knowledge in the beauty industry as well as the medical aesthetics world, Brandi has been able to tailor and fine-tune top-tier services for people of every background.

Creator and visionary, Brandi Andrews, dreams of a space where all communities can feel “at home”, be able to shop for products created just for them and work with experts to care for their skin. Which can be considered a radical new experience for people of color.
